u could used patched firmware and burn it at faster speeds but like that one guy said are the disk good dye cause if its shit dye then it would be a waste i bought some shity dvd-rs awhile back $40 for 100 of them i cant use them for any thing they wont work with ps2 games or moives even data cant even be read from these there a pice of crap only thing there good for is paper weights or frzzbezze's lol

from what i am told the newest media code (must001) has been receiving rave reviews. supposedly, shop4tech stocks that exclusively as their sonic media. the previous media codes (longten and Yi Jhan 001 or AN31) were quite flawed and caused a lot of problems for people, thus, giving sonic a bit of a tarnished reputation. you've got some great discs for .15-.17 a piece.
