(Request) Convert PSX - PC Emulator save to PSP format. please!

OK heres the story

My brother plays FF9 on a PC Emulator (since our PS1 and PS2 dont work anymore)

now FF9 came on PSN so we want to buy it
but he was on the 2nd disc

and we want to transfere the PC Emulator saves to a PSP so i can convert it to the PS3

and i searched arround and found you can convert ePSXe Memory cards to PSP format and there to PS3

but i dont have a CFW, i have OFW
so i was wondering if someone with CFW

this is not for ilegal things we have the game
i am able to provide saves as MCR, MCS and RAW

Please P.M. me ill give you the saves, since im not sure if i can post it here.

I would be very greatfull if you guys could help me out and covert the save to a PSP save, thanks
