PSP Slim help install CFW
PSP Slim help install CFW –

Hey guys,
It's been several years since I installed CFW on my Phat PSP. So I have been pretty much out of the loop with the current possibilities. I just met a girl that has a nephew, and I want to be the big hero and be able to help him get into homebrew, but need some help from you guys.
I need to learn if it's possible to install CFW on a PSP Slim (PSP-2001). I am thinking it might be one that has a motherboard TA-088v3 -- My reason is because I read this tutorial: Click Here. And the first three digits of the serial number is: HU2. It currently has FW 6.10.
I do have a Phat PSP with CFW 5.00 M33-6 and I found this tutorial where it teaches me to soft-mod a battery into a Pandora battery (Click Here. and also how to create a special MMS card-- I just want reassurance if I am going the correct route, or if there is another newer method to get this done?
Thanks in advance.

if your psp 2001 is ta-088v3 and its on 6.10 you are out of luck for playing games off mms but i think recently has been some action .
for fat psp use PSP 5.50 GEN D3 . no need for Pandora battery or mms
