I present to you my port of Davee's 6.35/6.31 downgrader to 6.38.

This a very simple app, just put the official 6.20 updater in (ms0/ef0 accordingly)PSP/GAME/UPDATE, and run the downgrader, this will reboot into the 6.20 "update", and allow you to downgrader to 6.20. Has been tested on 1k, 2k, 3k, and Go (doesn't support 07g or 09g, although, I might add support for them to go to 6.35 instead of 6.20, sometime in the near future).

I will be releasing the source on May 29th.

I tested this on my PSP Phat 6.39 (of course I made an backup before and have plenty means of recovery) and it bricked (corrupted registry screen, it actually bricked after I pressed circle) and now I'm scared of trying this on my PSP GO (where I wanted to actually use it)

Honestly I don't feel like a lab rat or guinea pig. :P

Edit: I did a lot more testing and it did brick every time I pressed circle. Anyone have an idea of what it's wrong ?
Could it be because my console was activated on PSN ? lol

Edit2: I got it to work by manually access the FLASH1 and delete the registry files BEFORE booting into 6.20. Instead of showing the corrupted data screen, it behaved like if it was being turned on for the first time showing setup.
