6.35 PRO-B3 is an old CFW. the latest is 6.35 PRO-B5. is your psp fully hackable? try checking the version of your motherboard first maybe you can downgrade and use 6.20 PRO-B5 Permanent Patch.

download the 6.35PRO Bundle and install the PRO-B5 UPDATE.
    6.35PRO-B5 Download here

then use PSP Ident to check your motherboards version:
    PSP Ident Download Here

then go here and check if you have a CHA (completely hackable psp) or PHA (partially hackable psp).

any questions feel free to ask me.

i know but you shouldn't just install any OFW and CFW on any or on your psp because different CFW has different changelogs and you have to fully check the psp motherboard and see which is the right CFW for you. installing any OFW or CFW without care can brick your psp. check the series, module and cfw your psp can use.
