PSP 2000 - Upgrading from 5.50GEN D-3
PSP 2000 - Upgrading from 5.50GEN D-3 –
A while ago I bought a PSP 2000. The person I bought it off had left the 5.50GEN D-3 hacked firmware on their and has since left the country. I was wondering how easy it would be to:
1. Remove the existing firmware
2. Upgrade to the latest hacked version (As I like what I can do with this firmware, but it won't let me connect to the PSN.)
In the end, all I really want to do is play the PS1 games (FF VII + VIII + IX) I bought on my PSN account on my hacked PSP.
How easy would it be to complete to above 2 steps?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Would the CFW "6.60 pro b10" allow me to play my PS1 games?
Also, apologies if I use the wrong terminology anywhere.
