PS1 emu?

ok i dont want to ask something i shouldnt but if it is permitted does anyone have a link to the PS1 emu? i read the tut on converting my games but nowhere is there a link to tell me where to get it. i found one on psp-hacks but i am not sure if it is any good and i dont want to post a link in case i do the wrong thing...

you can get the official release of the popsloader from dark-alex's website. But even it's not stored on their server.
