NO.
there is currently no mfwbuilder for the psp there has been no call for it since you can do most things with cfw on the psp anyway but i would love to see a psp mfwbuilder i think it would be a great idea
the closest thing to it would be customizing pro cfw source code to include your modifications in the system post install.
