Help to unbrick PSP-1000 CFW 6.60 PRO-C
Help to unbrick PSP-1000 CFW 6.60 PRO-C –
06-03-2012,07:10 AM
Hi
I have attempted to convert my PSP-1000 from OFW 6.60 to CFW 6.60 PRO-C (instead of the posted 6.60 PRO-B9, I downloaded the latest CFW) but it now only shows a black screen and green light when turned on. I used the guide from psx-scene by TitanTX, successfully used the PRO Updater (System Info showed it had worked with the correct CFW version and 1g, etc) then after trying the CIPL Flasher to make it permanent that's when the PSP stopped working.
I have found a Pandora battery on the net from Amazon to maybe recover the PSP but would like to create my own magic stick. Is there a good guide on how I create one to recover my PSP and remain with CFW 6.60? Thanks

I'm betting you bricked the IPL.... cIPL can do so. are you sure yours was compatible with it?

Hi mad mike 96, the guide said all PSP-1000s are compatible with the CIPL software. I did use a later vision of the firmware as mentioned in my original post, though I'm not sure if this would make any difference?
