Does a readme or option instructions exist for 6.60 Pro-C fix 3 please?

Hello

Recently updated my 1000 to 6.60 Pro-C fix 3 and would like to get a run down of the option and what they do. Searched for readme but can't seem to find one anywhere. Is there a guide explain the various options please?

I can not find a definitive guide for all the features but I do know a lot about it so
