Best way to format Memorystick pro duo?

Someone told me, that if you increase some kind of units on the memorystick, it will be more effective. My memorystick pro duo 8GB has some lagg that I wish to get rid of. So what is the best way for formating a memorystick pro duo?

edit: I formated my memorystick directly from the PSP, and geuss what? The lagg disapeared, yey.

But Peppers, could you tell me what kind of way did you say I should format it in? If there is an better way then just format from the PSP that is.

always format your MS pro duo in the PSP. can't go wrong that way.

its not even worth explaining, as I said its only a very slight differince and your card will still be not fast enough.

Ok.. formated from psp, and my lagg disapeared.
