Hello fellow sceners.
I am now the proud owner of a PSP 1000 which I won on an auction site. It had a broken screen (which I was aware of prior to bidding) so I ordered a new screen from Amazon when I got it, installed it, and here I am.
This is my first PSP but I am not new to the general modding scene. I have modded countless Xbox, PS2 and soon to add an Xbox 360 to my resume.
Anyway, my question is pretty straightforward. Regarding the PSP 2000, I have read that in the earlier versions of this model, the boards are compatible with the "permanent" install of CFW, but in the later versions of this model, the main boards are not compatible with the "permanent" install.
My question is, do both of these 2 types of boards in the 2G's have the 64mb ram? Or was it just the later versions of the 2G that could not be "permanently" modded.
