Upgrade Fimware to CFW Pro-C

Hi its been a while since i have updated my firmware and currently running cfw 5.50 Prome 4 and wishes to update it to PRO-C 6.20 how do I do it

Uninstall Prome update to 6.20 then get Pro C and run it and then if 1G early 2G then run cipl it will make it perm
if any above that run 6.20 perm patch and make it perm
