I tried it out on my PSP 2000 SLIM model worked but its only temporary not permanent, it keeps booting me back to 6.60ME-1 CFW by Neur0ner any ideas thanks. I'm going to downgrade back to 6.39 CFW that one was the best in my opinion.

They put a fix up for 6.60 PRO-B9.fix1 they messed up the first one

Jut tested out the new 660 PRO-B9, installed it over the ME CFW, it works beautifully. Team PRO are awesome.

Someone please come up with decent install instructions. The ones on that site suck. I'm considering the 660 Pro-B9, but I'm unsure on how to get there. I'm currently on 5.50 Gen D final. Do I need to go to the 6.60 OFW,or what?

If possible uninstall your CFW disable all plugins first
Then reboot
then upgrade to OFW of what version you want to use dependent really on what psp version you have if 1000 2000 or go I would go with 6.20 myself
Then get the PRO-B9 of OFW
Then x:/psp/games put the folders for pro then run the PROUPDATE after you install depend on model again 1000 2000 run CIPL_Flasher to make it permanent
If you go with 6.20 then you can run 620PRO_Permanent and course it is perm for almost all models

Ok as a side note you can not brick your psp with pro unless you do something really wrong the perm and flasher will not work on models that can not be permant
they refuse to install they check model

If you don't make perm then delete everything after and keep FastRecovery if permanent then delete all after for room
If you turn off psp on non permanent the use FastRecovery to get to CFW
