PSP 1000 with cfw 6.60 screen transfer to TV or Mac
PSP 1000 with cfw 6.60 screen transfer to TV or Mac –

Hello everyone. I have a PSP 1000, or Fat, running both ofw and cfw 6.60. U want to play my psp using the TV screen or my Mac screen for ideally under $20. I have tried IRshell v 5.2, Remote Jov/RemoteJoy Lite, and purchasing a av cable for it, all have failed. the homebrews do not recognize my cfw version and the cable does not fit for my psp. I also have seen a camera mount that connects to a TV, but do not have the $40 dollars required free to spend (new son and all...) I hear that newer versions of remote joy work for windows, but again I only have a mac book pro. Are there any other ideas of how to have the screen image from my psp register on the TV or a Mac so i can play on a larger screen.

Everyone knows Remote joy works on monitors. It does not work on tvs. Slim PSPs can be plugged into tvs and be displayed within seconds. Everyone knows this. But a phat version does not have that power and us with Phat models are limited to only Joylite. And you got a useless Mac...it's typical it wouldn't work on a Mac. Why are you surprised?

Spike, instead of believing and preaching the impossible, seek to push the boundaries of the probable. If there is a will, there is a way. My psp has made leaps and bounds over the past three days because I figured out cfw that I know someone can figure out a hack or port to make screen data possible. I was also thinking if other options like porting through the ps2, or splicing av cables to figure out how to transfer the video to the TV. I am keeping my mind open for possible solutions.

Hey everyone, i got it to work actually. First boot camp windows vista. ensure that you take the startup disk from your mac and install wall windows drivers so you can access the internet and set aside at least 25 gigs in the partioning because this will take about twenty of them. Second you download remotejoy lite .19 and install it on the mac and the psp 1000. I have it working on the current cfw 6.60. Once it is installed, you enable all the patches in the psp and connect the psp to the computer via usb. From there you run the remotejoy app on the computer and do not plug in your psp until it loads the game and codes you like. The way I am doing it now works great except when when you leave gameplay for save menus and to return to the xmb screen. just unplug the cable and it should work.
So to anyone who didn't believe, never give up and always try to push the possible. If anyone can make this more stable or needs help, let me know
