As far as I know their is not one that works for 6.20 CFW but you could go to 6.60 ME Neur0n made has a patched by him that suppose to work

FYI I have not tried this myself but have heard of people getting it to work

    V10 SCPH-50001 with Network adapter SCPH-10281 500 G HD
    PSP 3000 9G 6.20 PRO CFW Perm
Unofficial FMCB v1.8C OPL self compiled HD and SMB preferred
Is how all good gaming systems came to be

Yea ME and PRO both work for all PSP but with 3000 model you will have use boot loader every time when you turn off not standby but off PSP but it uses little space

    BTW uninstall TN-d first

then update 6.60 then use ME installer to go CFW

I know what you mean about bricking I did my go that way just recently messing with flash1 and now saving to get another stupid me messing with that
BTW if your 2000 is mid to early 2000 you could pandora it to get it to work again
