Okay, I bought a network adapter to use a harddrive, but I don't have a hard drive available yet. So I was thinking, Getting Code breaker 8.1, use a USB Drive to do the exploit to load elf launcher, load Vast onto the memory card by following this
http://psx-scene.com/forums/freevast...on-replay.html . Then, I'm able to boot up the ps2 and go straight into ulaunch elf. Then I'd use that to boot up swap magic 3.8 elf, and then use my slider key i made to play backup games until I get a harddrive. Then I can put hddadvace or watever thats currently in use right now, and use that to store my backups on. Would this work?

backups arent cool unless u own them but yes your theory is correct

Yeah, I'm just using it on my Marvel vs Capcom 2 since I'm kind of a collector and I don't want to ruin it. And I'm getting a harddrive to preserve my PS2's laser as I hear it is weak? or something. But yeah, I mostly use my PS2 for fighting games and RPG's that I own.
