I installed the FMCB with a burn CD and everythin went perfect ( I have a modded FAT ps2, I did the normal install ).
The problem now is that the only way I can get the FMCB to boot is like this :

    1. insert the install cd , memory card out ( if the memory card inside , its stuck on a black screen )
    2. pop out the cd, pop in the memory card
    3. press the " BOOT FMCB" button in the install menu

after doing this steps, the FMCB work perfect.
i tried to put on the "SKIP BOOT CD" in the config menu ( it was off ) - but nothing changed.

someone have an idea how can I boot the FMCB on start without the cd ?

I can guess since you installed from CD that you have mod chip if so the disable command for said mod chip will let FMCB work correctly
short it is interfering with boot of FMCB

Do some research on the mod chip find out how to disable it usually something like hit reset so many times during boot up
hold certain buttons depends on who made it

only real difference between muti and normal installer is it puts more models it can boot

    my ps2 is so old - I dont remember which mod-chip I have =\
if I want to install the muti-version :
I can just press the multi install button and the files will be added to the normal install or i need to delete the memory card and to install again ?

Hold L1 during boot for some mod chip works
Hold start during boot for some mod chip works some show pop up saying disabled
    hit reset once disables some

Without knowing what your mod chip is the list is long

Probably not the mod chip is interfering with boot process of FMCB
