Using Armax Non-EVO to boot FMCB
Using Armax Non-EVO to boot FMCB –

Hello,
I wanted to know if it was possible for me to use Action Replay Max the Non-EVO edition to boot FMCB. It does not have the built in media player and I wanted to know if there was aniother way to do it using the program, without using the media player.
Thanks

P.S. I have a PS2 with these specs:
- SCPH-90001
- Datecode: 8B
- NTSC-U
- Unmodded

The only way I can think of (and it's not guaranteed; check with other members first) would be taping/restraining the PS2 sensors, booting ARMAX, and then swapping out your disc for a burned MCBoot; but even then I can't guarantee this would work. If you get Swap Magic (it's not too expensive if you have a job; even if it only pays $5 an hour for specialized labor like mine -_- I moved to Ecuador from the States), then it will block your sensors, and you can burn a FMCB disc, and boot that with Swap Magic; then you can install McBoot with ease. Or, I'm pretty sure that you can install McBoot from a flash/pen drive if you have Swap Magic, as it has an .elf loader (you will be using a similar program once you get McBoot installed for running your homebrews).
