I have installed from free mcboot installer ...

the conslole are SCPH 39004 and SCPH 50004 ... the 7xxxx has no CD/DVD

It looks like it will not start the OSD menu, and the freemcboot logo don't comes out on the reset/power up
do you mean it doesnot work on both ? can you tell us what MC do you use its Genuine Memory from Sony ?
please tell us more info about your both PS2 are they or at lest one is modded ?

well i think you need to disable your Modchip by doin that you need to find out which modchip is that and sorry the only way is to open the console .and also some modchips has a logo appear after Sony Logo .like Matrix
