I keep hearing i can connect the PS2 to the PC vía lan, and i want to isntall freemcboot on it, sadly i dont have access to any of what you posted guys, and there is no one that can do me the favor of installing freemcboot since well they dont do that service here in venezuela, people go for modchips, which my PS2 was suposed to have, to my dissapointment my uncle was scammed on this and was sold a completley virgin PS2, and i have no way to hack it, due that is much easier to find an UFO here than to find a store that sells original PS2 games...

So are there any ways outside those of the tutorial? i cant say i can send the PS2 to get modchipped since one of the sites i used to trust more i recently had a argument with the ignorant technician (i asked for freemcboot and i was given a WTF you talking about face, i asked about Wii hacking, and the guy had no idea he is a specialist on hardware)

I cant rely on volunteer installers since i am not privy of sending stuff overseas due to reports of packages getting lost or stolen, so i am on a dead end?

the PS2 is a SCPH 900001 with the 2A number thingy you folk mention on one of the sticky.

No there arent either PS3-PS2 adaptors avaible, mercadolibre only has one but is for Controlllers.

Not technically correct. IF you can find a way to boot uLE (Swapmagic etc.) then you CAN run the FMCB installer and install FMCB .

BUT the actual problem is when you try to boot the console with FMCB. THEN IT WONT BOOT. Sony changed the BIOS.
