Is it possible yet to switch back and forth between mcboot/ule to bios

I know alot of people have been saying to alter fmcb.cnf to boot osdsys instead of boot. I dont know how to do this! I read something about altering it in the sys-conf folder. I do not have this!

I just dont get it. I tried using an old ps2browser.elf. This only allows me to bring up the old bios screen.

Need some help in lamens terms please!

    Thank You!

Press a Button, where no app is mapped to.
It should start the hacked PS2Browser if Debug-Screen is off, else it'll show you a colored screen.

    Sorry, again I am clueless!

I probably dont have any buttons mapped (or even know how)!

I dont even mind so much as I can really access anything I need from ule or boot without the memory card. Im just trying to make it more familiar for other family members.

edit: k ill try it. now im starting to think your all crazy though

    Success! Really that was it?

I probably should have looked at the MISC folder after installing latest ule. I was using an ancient version before, and wasnt even aware of half of the newer features.

OK. I dont feel so stupid anymore, Now Ive just got get this thing to autostart bios!

Dont! if you like ULE just add BOOT.ELF to the BOOT folder in your memory card and live it like that...

I'll explain if you add boot.elf to the memory card it will boot ULE directly
thats good and now the only thing you have to do is hold X to enter the ps2 browser and once you finish there just choose free mcboot launcher and that will take you out of the ps2 browser and boot ULE automatically.

Unless you have add apps to do R1,R2,L1,L2

    How do i do this?

well choose any Elf you want to boot from a button above
choose 4 that what i have and name them like this.

For R1 it will be BOOT1.ELF
For R2 it will be BOOT2.ELF
For L1 it will be BOOT3.ELF
For L2 it will be BOOT4.ELF

Add this to the folder in your memory card name BOOT after you have done this just test one turn off your ps2 turn it on and hold R1 the elf file that you
add as BOOT1.ELF should boot now once you hold the R1 button. and so on for the others

Yeah I got the configurator now, it works great.

I now have it set up like this

    Autoboot - Browser
    X - ULE
    R1 - BOOT1.ELF
    R2 - BOOT2.ELF
    L1 - BOOT3.ELF
    L2 - BOOT4.ELF

The more I learn about it, I like it! I can run everything from startup now!

I like autoboot ULE except I would rather have Browser not to confuse anyone who might play my ps2 when im not around.
