    Yepp,... You need:

-A MC, which is recognized by the PS2 without a Boot-Disc
    -A JAP-PS1-Game
-Some knowledge on how to create the PS1-Exploit.

    Steps:

    1. Create the PS1-Exploit for your JAP-PS2 (at best with "ule" as BOOT.ELF).
    2. Copy the necessary files to your Target-MC (where FMCB should go on...) with your PAL-PS2.
    3. Insert the MC to your JAP-PS2.
    4. Start the PS1-Exploit (normally "unofficial LaunchELF" should start up).
    5. Go to your USB-Device, where the Nooby-Package should be and start the FREE_MCBOOT.ELF (remember, not to miss the X-Modules in "MODULES"-Folder).
    6. Install FMCB and you´re ready.

Btw.: You´ve luck. You can install FMCB for both of your PS2s on one MC.

The NTSC/JAP PS2 searches its OSD-Update in another folder, than the PAL/EU PS2, so you can have both on one.
Both still share the same "BOOT"-Folder and the "SYS-CONF"-Folder.

    Edit: @Bootleg&dj: His modded PS2 is a SCPH-39004-EU PAL and his Target-PS2 is a SCPH-10000-JAP NTSC.

    the problemk is this....

    2. Copy the necessary files to your Target-MC (where FMCB should go on...) with your PAL-PS2.

I don't know how to copy the necessary file on the memory card

I have prepared the PS1 exploit but really don't know how to copy it on the memory card because I don't have Action replay or something of this kind
can a modded PS2 (my pal in this case) do this ? if yes, how I can do this ?

    Thank You for Your help.

Yes, I'm aware of that, which is why I asked my question as it's the MOST common mistake of installing fmcb on a v0

    @Siggy12: Jepp, with "unofficial LaunchELF".

Filebrowser --> Mark files --> Press R1 and choose "copy" --> Go to the dir you want the files at. --> R1 and "Paste".

Great TNA and all of You GUYS that are doing this fight with me .

but... I have PS2 savebuilder 0.8 and this program allow you to save the titledb inside a psu that is already providing BI-DATASYSTEM, the problem is that this program (PS2 savebuilder 0.8) after I have done my titledb with the indipendence_exploit_for_10k_15k(ps2id), this program allow me to save the file in many format for action replay that unfortunately I don't have, how I can save this file in standard compatible format for ps2 because I 'm going to copy it with unofficial_ulaunchELF in the directory of the Memory card ?
like you explain me right now

Thank You guys for your help.

Save the file as .max or .xps and convert it with this tool PS2 Save Converter (created by ffgriever) to .psu so you can import it with uLaunch.

You have to find a way to transfer the save to MC, the best and easy way to do it is to find some one with a PS2 that can run uLE, create the save file as PSU, copy that to a pen drive and stick that in to the PS2 running uLE, copy the PSU from the pen drive and 'PSU Paste' the save to the MC that you want to use as exploit device.

Than take that MC on to your 10K, put the PS1 game that you have used to build your TITLE.DB and wait for uLE to show up.

After you get uLE up and runnig keep following the 10K tutorial.

    @Shiggy12:

-When you build your Exploit, try to export it with the PS2-SaveBuilder as .xps (Xport2).
-Convert it with "PS2 Save Converter (created by ffgriever)", like Northbear mentioned to .psu .
-Start up ule with your FMCB-PS2.
-Import the PSU from Mass to your Target-MC with R1 --> Select "Copy"; go to the Target-MC, press R1 again; select PSUPaste
-Start your JAP-PS2 with your freshly created&exploited "Save".
    - When "ule" starts up on your JAP PS2 Unit, install FMCB (don´t miss the X-MODULES!!).
-Hopefully, you´re ready&"done" at this point.

    Good luck.

    Great guys,
yesterday I was trying this, I have done it many times but with no success, cause look like that PS1 games don't read PS2 memory cards but they need a PS1 memory card I didnt know this before , no problem I have also PS1 memory card but the space is so less only 128 kbyte free say to me Ulaunchelf but this PS1 memory card is empty.... very strange .
do this job work with also a memory card of PS2 ?
Can someone explain to my hard head this exploit step by step probably I miss something and do some mistake .
I have saved it as .max and then convert it to .psu then I insert the pendrive to psx and copy .psu and go to mc0 (my ps2 memory card) and do PSUPASTE.
go to scph 10000 PS2 turn on with memory card inserted I have put the game with the serial that I have recorded on titledb and the game start normally like nothing happen and anyway don't see the PS2 memory card cause is a PS1 game..... what's wrong ???
probably I havent understood how to do the PS1 exploit I read also that I have put a file boot.elf (that is unlaunchelf) etc etc .
    please help me .

Thank You to all of You guys .

    1. No. It needs to be on a PS2-MC (I´m not sure, if the PS2 even searches on PS1-MCs, but like you saw it has not much space.).
    2. The Exploit starts, before the PS1-Logo displays and the PS1-Game starts.
When the screen goes black (before PS1-Logo), it flashes white and then start(s) your "BOOT.ELF".
3 Yepp. You must copy a "BOOT.ELF" to the same folder, where the "TITLE.DB" (all capital letters) is at.

You might post your Save, or simply the SLES/SLUS/... of your game.
