problems with swaptrick Agent Under Fire

I blocked the sensors etc as the guide on this site told me to, i play through to the second level and then exit to main menu to start it with the swapped disc, but when i open the lid the dvd starts spinning slower, although it spins when i put in the copy and close the lid. When i start the second level on the copied DVD the screen just goes black and the dvd is not spinning. Im using a DVDRW as the copied dvd, can this have anything to do with it?

EDIT: my impatience drove me to the store to buy some DVD-Rs which worked. Supercontent atm

I would try it with a sony dvd-r I have never got it to work using DVDRW.
