I recently imported KH2FM+, and i have ripped and patched it with ESR. Im trying to get FMCB and ESR on my MC so I can finally play the game! I have done a different exploit before on my old Fatty PS2 using the AR Max, but now I have a new slim PS2.

Im trying to run the exploit with my AR Max through the media player. I have tried 3 USB Drives, Sandisk Micro Cruzer 2.0, 2GB, Verbatim USB 2GB, and a PNY Mini Attache 2GB. Everytime I load them up with the files on and go into the Media Player, it says there are no files on the USB. I even throw a random .mp3 file on there just to make sure, and also the first thing I've done is formatted the USB drives to FAT32. Am I just getting really unlucky with my Flash Drives, or am I missing a key point somehow?

Im about to try my old iPod Shuffle -.- .

How "new" is the slim, if it is model# SCPH-9XXXX on the bottom sticker, you could have a FMCB incompatible PS2. See link below for why.
    http://psx-scene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63103 (SCPH-9XXXX v18 PS2 FMCB Compatibility Consolidated Information)

If it is not SCPH-9XXXX problem you could just use your old Fatty PS2 to install a multi-console install of FMCB.
The PS2s must be the same Magic Gate region though.
    For example both a USA NTSC/U PS2s.

If you don't have the fatty anymore or it's a different region, perhaps you have a version slim that is picky with USB compatibility.
    V3, V7, V9 PS2s FMCB 1.8/W custom FREEMCB.CNF , ULE+ICON GUI, HDL .8b childsafe, ESR, OPL beta, Misc. 3.5, & 2.5" HDDs
    PSP 1000
    PS3 60 GB BC compatible

Yeah, I finally got a pendrive that shows up! But the only problem is, everything shows up but the MCBoot File. I can see SMS, ESR, HDLoader, and the uLaunchElf Boot elf. For some reason, the media player is already inside the install folder. So i tried putting the mcbootelf into the install folder, and it still wont pop up.

Any idea why all the elfs besides MCBoot are showing up?

Edit: The PS2 is SCPH-75001. Damn the slimlines!

    @eXaLTaTioN:
You never mentioned what happened to your old console.

If that console is still working just enough to boot a homebrew (like uLE) with your old exploit, and if it is of the same region as your new console, then you can use it to install FMCB on one of your memory cards, using the 'Multi Version' command of the FMCB installer, which will allow that MC to boot on any console of the same region (except the latest model with bios v2.30).

    Best regards: dlanor

My old console is long gone haha. Regretfully sold it a long time ago. This slim is actually my brothers, but he never uses it, so I stole it.

Update: I now have all the ELF Files showing, although it wont allow me to boot the Free MCBoot Elf, or FCEU, or swapmagic : ( . I wonder if it has something to do with the way my computer saves elf files? GRRR!
