    hell, throw uLE as BOOT.ELF in the SWAPMAGIC folder with the FMCB installer and see if it shows up and boots. I don't know. I've listed off every other working option that I know of off the top of my head.

    Yea, i would do this for simplicity:

    Place BOOT.ELF on the USB stick root, the FREE_MCBOOT.ELF and INSTALL folder. {forget the swapmagic folder stuff}
    Fire up AR Max and run the Media Player
    select BOOT.ELF {if FREE_MCBOOT.ELF wont work}

    Hopefully no blackscreen, thrn while in uLaunchELF, just use FileBrowser to nav to mass: and run the FREE_MCBOOT.ELF from there.
    PS2 Consoles:
    SCPH-30001 [V4] - unmodded (2)
    SCPH-30001-R [V5] DMS4 Pro SE
    SCPH-50001-N [V9] CC 2.0 SLE
    SCPH-79001 [V16] Silver - unmodded

    AR Max doesnt seem to 'play' all files in the USB when you plug in the USB after AR Max is already running, so make sure the USB is already in the console BEFORE running AR max.
    NOTE:
    This is also the case with FMCB if you plug in a USB stick during the installation if , say you forgot to add files and unplugged to add them, then hot plugged it back while the FMCB installer was still running.

    thanks again, i'll try that as well

    **EDIT**
    It seems that my PSP won't initiate a USB connect untill AR has started booting up. As such, I was able to see every .ELF except the additional BOOT.ELF i put on the root.

    I am going to try my 4GB PNY flash drive again, and see If I can get any results, if not, i'm out of options(note, the Flash drive is a FAT32)

    tried it, no files show up...looks like fate hates me....only other option I've got is to try using my friend's SwapMagic PS2...but who know's if that'll work.

    bumping...tried my other flash drive...a 1GB(nobrand, has the name of my Dad's work on it) and it didn't work, found out it was formatted to FAT after and that's probably why.
