problem with SCPH-70004 Without Chip "FMCBoot"?

HEllo guys

i have PS slim SCPH-70004 without modchip

i have installedFreemcboot into my 8mb Memory card from 70006ps2 with modchip and it works

but when i use that memory card into my 70004 slim it doesn't work, no boot screen,

what is the problem please?

your 2 ps2 systems are 2 different regions so FMCB 1.8b is region locked and their is a new installer for 1.8c but you must have PS3 memory card adapter 1.8c is signed so region free
