Problem FMCB and UsbAdvance

I have installed FMCB 1.8 and all is working great SMS,uLaunch,ESR
but when I try to start USB Advance it´s working about 1 out of 10 times.
It´s installed on a org.Sony MC-card.And the Ps2 is a SCPH77000 PAL
with a Duo3Ultra chip installed.But I tried it on a V9 with CC 2.0 and a V9 with
Blue Chip and all are working the same way.All things is working
But not Usb Advance.And it´s no problem to play mp3 or divx files from the usb-stick in SMS 2.9 V.3

So,... What happens the other 9 out of 10 times?
If you post the CNF, or the entry for this item it might be easier to help ya.

Where is your CNF loaded from?

does it hangs on splash screen ? or on game list ?
i dont know about Duo3Ultra if it has a Macrovision Feature or not if it has then it must be turned off

and did you tried to deactivate the modchip function ?
