Problem with FMCB in Memory Card Slot 2

I have two memory cards. One is to save games, and one for homebrew, especially FMCB. All games and MCs worked well until yesterday. Suddenly, when the FMCB Memory Card is inserted in Slot 2, the Memory Card in Slot 1 isn't recognized, in games that doesn't use the Slot 2

The only way to make the game recognize the Memory Card in Slot 1 is removing the MC or pressing Select to activate the Fast Boot.

I've formatted all of the Memory Cards, but it doesn't work. Any help?

Uhm... Which Memory Cards are you using? 8Mb SONY originals? Any of them is a cheap 64/128 Mb chinese one?

And which app have you used to format them? ffgriever's Memory Card Annihilator v2.0 is a very good one.
... and I suppose you have backed up your saves right?
