Please help me install Free MC Boot –

Ok, here is what the deal is. This is all of the stuff that I have...
2 Memory Cards
8mb Sony
32mb 3rd party
ARMax Thumb Drive
ARMax Disc (NOT the Max EVO edtion, the regular one, it has Max Memory
Manager
Some ps2 games, and some ps1 games.
And most importantly, a PS2 Slim console.
Ok, I have read all of these blogs and stuff online about how to do it. The major problems:
1. I don't have ARMax EVO edition
2. I don't have a Fat Console
3. No swapmagic either...
4. I don't have any PS1 games with me, or any old PS2 games either (just recently moved, and all of our games are packed in a truck in another city)
So what should I do? Is there ANYTHING at all that I can do before I get my PS1 games? If not, please tell me what to do for when I get my games.
Thank you for your quick respons mrcordas. I have actually tried that method, and I couldn't get it to work. This is what I tried...
First, I inserted the disc at the main menu. It said invalid disc and it wouldn't let me do anything.
Then, I tried booting it using DVD Region X. That didn't work either.
Then, I tried inserting it after selecting some "cheats" and it still wouldn't take me anywhere.
Is there something (specifically) that I need to try with Action Replay Max? Note: Again, this is NOT the EVO edition, so there is no media player, however, there is the Max Memory Manager.
A couple of other questions...
Can freemcboot allow you to play multi regional games? I really want to play Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, and I already own Kingdom Hearts 2, but Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix was only released in Japan, and therefore for that region code.
My other question...
Are there any apps that can be used to surf the web using freemcboot or similar software?
And by the way, I don't know the model of my console, however, I do know that it is a slim model and that I got it for Christmas of 2004.
3- lance o FREEMCBOOT.ELF
agora é só instalar.[/lang]
Ok, when I use DVDDecryptor, and I set it at 4x write speed, like 2 seconds after it starts, it says it has some big error, and nothing even gets written onto the disc (actually, a little bit of data is written, and then it wastes the disc) and I know that the laser works 100% fine because its a brand new computer. Should I try something else?
Ok. I tried it again using IMG Burn, and it burned right (I think) and then ARMax said after I inserted the disc "ARMax can't read this disc" and it never booted.
[lang=pt]você extrai a imagem .iso corretamente?
configurou o DVDdecrypter corretamente. modo write
Yes, I extracted the .iso image, and I tried burning it to the disc, and all of my attempts have failed. Wait a second, does it matter whether you use CD/DVD -R or CD/DVD +R? I think that I read somewhere that it matters depending on the console you are using whether you use -r or +r. And I know that my PS2 plays games, as I have played many games on it before, and the only games that didn't work were the ones without about 200 scratches on the disc. BTW, how do you patch an .iso to work with the ps2?
