original ps2 disc won't load with fmcb 1.8

with fmcb, on my ps2 i load an original ps2 game disc. but it won't load at all. but give me a red screen.
i also want to ask, if i made a back up and wanto play it with fmcb. i have to burn it with esr. if not esr, it will not work, right?
my first post. sorry for wrong grammars.

To play a burnt game you have to use esr

i made a simple sulotion to my problem... just remove the MC if i want to play original cds.. lol.. and thanks i have to try to make a back up and burn it with esr patch on it..
