Hell, the whole FMCB-Installer itself was created for noobies, which can not dump&sign&flash the MC-Images 'per hand' and simply to have a more convenient way, to develop and embedd new loaders very fast...
It only means, that it includes the most commonly used PS2-apps and installs it with FMCB.
Beside that it is not 'noobness' (atleast not in every case) which stops people from doing something, but simply that the way to go isn't that easy, meaning:
-a lot of preperation-work might be needed.
-the process can damage the hard- and/or software.
