Well there were several PS2 games that are a CD format..

To my knowledge burned copy of a Network disk will not work, will it?

I dont see any reason it wouldnt, provided you booted it with the known methods to boot a backup disc. There might be some DNAS checks on some of the urls provided, but other than that why wouldnt it work...

    True, True.............

Just looked and I only have 2 CD-R's left...........

Anyway, if i recall, aren't the network disks, blue faced, (PRESSED DISKS), so to copy the complete disk is impossible? Right?

No, it is basically just like any other PS2 CD which are also blue discs.

Its the PS1 CDs that are black and the PS2 CDs are blue, but a few were 'silver' with a bluish tint i think, but not 100% on that part. Most all the PS2 Cheat discs like AR Max, Gameshark, etc are also blue bottom CDs. From what i remember, those pressed blue bottom disc are also the first thing to give a DRE when the laser/lens starts to wear out.

Its the sony HDD Utility disc that you might have trouble with, but it also boots ok from backup...you just cant install anything without either the Official HDD or a modchip with Auto-ATAD patching.

Probably you are referring to my post. Note that the Network Access Disk I have is a DVD not a CD, though, and it's the version that contains Hardware Online Arena on it.
