So I've tried this a few times but I'm having problems.

Im using the tutorial by Suncin11 on youtube.

I've been doing exactly what he's been doing in the video but every time i make the swap I just get a black screen when I select the driving level. I think I did the swap right because when I put the burned iso disc in, it keeps spinning but nothing happens.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything in the tutorial, I've been following it step by step, especially being more careful after the first try. Im using DVD-R discs and I have a version 4 fat ps2 so I'm not to sure what Im doing wrong. Any help would be nice.

odd rule that i cant post links for 30 days, but go to the freemcboot section and go to bootlegninja's tagged post, i used that one and was perfect besides my hickup with my flash drive.

personally, i read this thing for almost a week before i attempted to mod my ps2, and i did the AUF swap trick like yours above. although i have a slim model ps2, mine was a bit easier to do i think and still kept my gamestop warrantee in tact even though i opend my system to do the sensor mod.

also i recomend the AUF swap trick as it seems to work first time. only issue i had was i didnt have my flash drive in fat32 format.

as for dvd-r disc, make sure you use a good quality disc. i used philips(had laying around), and they worked flawlessly. 4x burn speed is a must.

if you follow the link i gave you and read everything im sure you willl have no issues at all.
