i looked in the thread of authorized users, but none are all that close to me. is there anyone in nc who can do this? or least close to nc? if in the greensboro/burlington area would it be possible to meet up some where so u can do it without worrying about mail costs?

yes for free, im currently out of work or i wouldnt be worried abt it. id just buy a swap magic or some thing else to do it myself

I mailed a memory card to the fellow in New Jersey, and the envelopes and postage ran me less than $5. You'd be better off just going for that and mailing it off to someone, rather than hoping you're lucky enough to find someone nearby.

Then you're just going to have to wait until you can afford it. I definitely understand the frustration, but your chances of getting this without spending any more money is slim to none at best.

Why do they have to be so close. I have had envelopes shipped to canada for cheap. I am just looking for someone that can do this for me, I'm in michigan and I have a memory card and enough money to pay for shipping both ways.

well, id say i could do it for ya, but i barely know how i got it to work the first time. fiddled with exploit sender a whole bunch lol. then again, i think once u get it running its super easy to do thru uLaunch, so i guess i am able to do this for people. but im still new to it, im not able to play burnt games, and a lot of stuff seems to not quite work. i think i goofed some where.

If you can get access to another PS2 that can run homebrew, you can use that PS2 to install FMCB onto your memory card with my unofficial FMCB v1.8C installer.
