I have a ps2 slim and bought ESPN NFL 2k5 (Best Football Game Ever!!!) in the bargin bin at gamestop. I understand that you need to have a PS2 hard drive to watch the replays during sportscenter and other places. Is there a program that maps the PS2 Hard Drive to an USB Flash Drive/Hard Drive? Load that and add ESR and it should work then. I'm not an experienced programmer, so unfortunately I can't try to do this myself.

Don't think so, just get a network adapter and a spare 20+gb HDD. They're cheap on eBay, and you can do HDloader and store the 2k5 files on that too

    He has a slim PS2...

When u have a scph7000x u can buy a HD connect kit or a hd combo (HD comcbo looks cool =))

Without that it'S imposible to use an internal HDD for Slim PS2.

Or sell your PS2 and buy a fat one with BBA

I have a SCPH-77001 (v15) PS2 Slim so no internal connector here. that is why I was wondering about a HDD patch to make the PS2 think an USB flash drive was a hard drive.

Well the only thing I could think of is to figure out what the HDD drivers/access codes are and MASS drivers/access codes are and swap them. Personally, I don't have any knowledge of what hex codes are what, but I'm pretty sure ffgriever or Polo35 might have an idea on how to do these kinds of things...
