I realize that when I'm configuring FMCB if there is a disc in the tray it constantly spins, why is that, what about if there's no disc in tray, the lens will keep searching for a disk?
I want to save my lens and motor, any suggestion?

When using uLaunchELF the disk is steady with 'Disc Control' option enabled.

The FMCB-Config wasnīt compiled with an option for stopping the disc.
Now that "Disc-Control" seem to work correctly and the same way on all PS2-Versions, it might be an option to implement it as standard set to "on" (non-user-configurable/hardcoded and compiled).

So, it could be a new idea, or a new feature to add?

You mean this option has to be remove an set it to 'ON' by default?
I think is a good idea.

I think it could be added (not removed, since there isnīt anything to be removed yet) and set to ON by default.

Yes you can call it feature, but since I thought about it as a non-configurable "feature", it is more like a fix in the case of FMCB-Configurator.

    ...and about your other question.
No it shouldnīt search for the disc continously, because the "disc-tray-status" which the drive (MechaCon/Drive-Processor) reports is different, than if a disc is inserted and found (regardless of the fact, [if] its been an original disc or a rejected/non-valid disc).

OK, I think it should be added as in uLaunchELF ('Disc Control' option) and in uLaunchELF set to 'ON' by default too.
So, when configurating something, simply I wouldn't put any disc in tray.

I think it should be added, but NOT user-configurable (even thought, it is possible to make it user-configureable and not hardcoded).

    So,...
    -add the function to Configurator
-Set it to ON as default
    -Donīt make it user-configureable.

If the Configurator itself should be configurable, it needs a file to save to (which could be the FREEMCB.CNF, but I believe that would make FMCB loading longer + there is unnecessary stuff in RAM. If the loader parses the CNF and an own config-file for the configurator itself and not the FMCB-Core wouldnīt make too much sence...).

In my eyes a config-file for the configurator itself wouldnīt make much sence...

Sorry, but I forgot to write this down:

Anyway to implement multilanguage for FMBC Configurator, like uLaunchELF?
    Is this asked already?
I could translate to Spanish as I did with uLaunchELF.

There is an updated configurator with LNG-Support and Skin-Support from Hackchip.
But it is bigger than the normal version.

However,... LNG-Support for the original Configurator wouldnīt take up to much space (most of the extra-space the other config needs is because of the JPG-Libary to let it show up on screen...).

Well, I like how is made in uLaunchELF, not using skins, I don't like skins at all.
