Just A Quick Question –
I installed Free MC boot onto a memory card with all of my save data on it. After installing, I went to the browser and checked my memory card, and all of my save data wasn't there. Is there any way to get my save data back?
Your data should only disappear if you use the format command inside the FMCB installer, and if you did that then the data is lost forever, since write operations were then made after 'releasing' your data sectors in the formatting.

Please clarify if your problem arose from such a bug, or from mistaken use of the format command.
Another possibility is that the installer did break off the install attempt, but had to do it at such a point in the work that it left some 'confusing' directory entry in the FAT sectors of the MC. This might make the directory appear to be empty even though your data files remain untouched.
But how to regain access to them in such a case is still beyond me...

Hmmm... Well, I know that my data is still on the MC, since I used a product called Max Media Manager to see if my saves were there, and they were. I tried to transfer data from USB flash drive to the memory card, and it still wouldn't show up.
the best for you is to use uLE to copy your save data to USB Drive if you are sure there are save data on your MC
Its also possible if your using a poor cloned MC that a 'side-effect' of the installation has occured. Id agree with Amp2006 on checking your MC using uLE, then see if you can copy your saves to your USB device using the copy/psuPaste commands. Then if thats works, re-format the MC and re-install FMCB, then you can copy/psuPaste your saves back to the MC and all "should" work out.
