i was wondering how to play burnt disks on a ps2 by like modding it or watever so i asked yahoo answers and this guy said "you dont need a mod chip check out the psx scene forums and look for the freevast thread its simple and you dont need to do anything to your ps2 at all. They have developed a mod that runs from your memory card its great."
what does he mean?

With FMCB you can start ulaunch and with ulaunch you can start ESR.
With ESR you can play "burned" games (you will have to patch them before burning them )
