how to make a CD image to a DVD image?!

hi guys and girls...

yesterday my friend installed MCfree boot on my ps2. now i can burn the dvd images i gave me and i can play... but he also gave me some cd images that wont work.. he sayd you need to make it a dvd image. but he dont know how?!
can you may help me with that?!
