How do I install FMCB using Xploder Lite ?

I am a noobie and wish to buy a Xploder Lite ... Can I use it to install FMCB ?

I can't seem to find any tutorial on how to do this using Xploder

I also have the following disks ... can they be used to install FMCB?
a) Xtreme Cheats Volume 2
b) DVD Region X (from codejunkies) for European Console

Any help would be appreciated.

Try the Swap-Trick, or if you have an old FAT PS2, try the PS1-Exploit.

Please post more info, such as your PS2-Model (SCPH-Code).

I had a look at that site (http://freemcboot.info) but on the installation link, there is no mention of the PS1-Exploit. I am a bit scared with doing the "swap-trick" since (as far as I understand it) you need to open up the PS2 unit and swap the disc while it is spinning.

Then take a closer look at "AR MAX - PS1 Exploit".

If you can copy saves to your MC, this should work exactly the same for you.

If you have no way, of doing it on your own, take a look at the Volunteer-/FMCB-Install-Service.

The Xploder lite is not capable of copying save games to MC. You have to borrow an ARMAX which is capable of copying savegames to MC.
If you have the ARMAX you can install the PS1 Exploit und use this for install FMCB.
If you can't get access to an ARMAX maybe someone near your location can do the install, look at the Installer Thread ([READ FIRST POST!][Free Service!]I can install fmcb for you!).
