but as most of you know, when you make a multi version install it installs the exploit using your console region, i mean it installs BESLES-SYSTEM because it's a PAL console, and it obviously doesn't work with an american console.
1. It installs to the specific 'B?EXEC-SYSTEM'-Folder of your PS2-Region, regardless if it is Normal- or Multi-Install.
2. The files which are loaded and started are encrypted and different from MG-region to MG-region... If it would be that easy, the Multi-Install would simply take care of adding the other folders&files to the MC, too...
Yepp, it fails on decrypting/validating the KELF and restarts the OSDSYS, a.k.a., it is looping on a 'black screen'.
So i thought i'd rename that folder, and that way it'd work, and it kinda does, because the console tries to boot it but it keeps on flickering and does nothing unless i take out the MC and it sends me directly to the browser...
Normally not,... I write you a PM.
is there a way to install the exploit using the PAL console and actually get it to work on the american one? Thanks for your help.
