I actually didn't notice this until now and I guess it's why my network connections aren't working. For some reason, when using Free MCBoot, my HDD will not appear in the browser of my PS2. I can access it with ULE, though. But if I take out the memory card, the HDD will be in the browser like it should. It's a phat PS2. Bought it way back in the day in 2002 I think. Still works fine except the laser died long ago so I haven't really used it.

Anyone have an idea? I did google to see if I can find someone else with the same issue, but not luck. Wasn't even sure there was still help with this.

    Thanks

Edit: Never mind. My network connection works. Lol, not sure why it wasnt working before.

FMCB uses rom0:OSDSYS, which lacks support for the Sony HDD unit.

Therefore, you have to choose between FMCB and getting access to your Sony HDD unit from the browser.

FMCB is not really needed if you have a sony hdd.

you can install esr and ule into your hdd, and launch them from the browser, directly from the hdd.

kinda like that here in my video

but i have to admit, installing them is currently a little pain in the ass :X

Thanks, didn't know that. I might try it. I only used the HD for FFXI back in the day, and my PSX and PS2 saves.
