Getting Files Onto MC

I have looked and looked and have not found a way to actually get the files onto your MC so that you can use FMCB. I'm guessing there's something I've overlooked, but some help would be nice.

Yes, I have read that several times but nowhere does it say how you actually put the files onto the MC.

boot the installer. it will place the files on the MC for you.

i have got a method for you to do this it is easy but you will have to wait for me to get it ready im still working on it this will work and will be very easy to do. maybe i could post this here if that would be ok with you bootleg this seems to maybe be a good place for it.
