I'm getting some problems in my game's backup.
When I arranged a FMB memory card, I played a backup of DBZBudokai3.
That has been the game I allways played.
Now I went to try other backups, like Yu Gi Oh! and Destroy all Humans 2
The Yu Gi Oh game, worked on black and white screen for a while, then the image frozen.
After that no other backup runned again. I even tried to download some backups from
the internet to see if I made something wrong with the ones I made.
The same thing happens.... from all games, I only have been able to play
DBZ Budokai 3, no other has runned.
For game reading I use USB Advance...
On PC I use ESRdiscpather to patch ISO's files.
Than I use USBExtreme to convert the ISO file to other that are used on USB.
Is there some help you guys can give me plz?
Ok switch from USB Advance to Open PS2 Loader or PS2ESDL (PS2 External Storage Device Loader), they work a lot better.
Now then, you don't need to patch your ISO's with ESR disc patcher unless you plan on burning them to a DVD-R.
Lastly, OPL reads ISO's from a USB drive if they are renamed correctly. Check Official OPLv0.8 User Guides for further details. Also, ISO's under 4 GB do not need to be installed for OPL to read them.
For PS2ESDL, all games must be installed with USBUtil.
PS2ESDL supports USBExtreme-format, ISO and PS2ESDL-format games.
