...of course, it is Beta.

It was just a sample, to show it fully-featured.
Like the first OSD-Hack in 1.5-Final,...
I think, the pad_delay can be set to 1s, without having any compatibility-issues on any console.
That one should IMO be reduced to the minimum that will still allow the program to respond reliably to pressed launch key buttons. Another default I disliked was to have "FastBoot = 1", as I always have a disc in tray even though I normally don't want it booted.
I read, that Slims need an additional pad-delay-time.
Jimmi just added the 3s-pad-delay in the beginning (where no CNF was available, or only the very first...).
I didn't noticed, that it has Fastboot "on" as default-setting,...
Thought it should be "off" and simply start the OSD, as before...
Well,... I agree. ^^
But defaults are just defaults and can be changed at will, so that's what I have to do, knowing that many others want different defaults than I do.
But the top-"Ascii-Line", can show "FMCB 1.7" or something like that pre-configured,...
I'm using my PC to edit the CNF, or uLEs text-editor,...
Finally we obviously need a new configurator with support for the new CNF variables, or they will just get erased each time we use the old configurator to change something. (So for the time being I'm using the uLE TextEditor for such changes.)
If the configurator supports all functions, I will use this one instead again.
@solidus27: It has a license, to credit the real open-SRC-authors of FMCB & MG-Exploit.
It will be possible for you, to do with it at home, what you want, if you don't release it.
If you release it, you must ask for changes on the logo.
Just a few things, easy to follow,...
Btw.: ..about the OSD-Hack,...
Yes, it is... Look, how it works,...
It loads the file from ROM to RAM and patch it there on-the-fly.
No copyrighted files are modified for duration, but just for the time, it is being used,...
