Free Mcboot 1.8 Not working on other playstations

i have a moded ps2(SCPH-770040 PAL) that works with FMCB i downloaded it on the MC and works fine but when i use the memory card on other playstations(that are not moded) it doesnt work. 2 plystaions i tryed a old fat SCPH-30001 NTSC and a slim(two of this one)
SCPH-70001 NTSC Both not working
they can read the memory card and they can see the files but not working

Things i tried and settings i am using:-

-downloading multi version FMCb
-formating MC
-Using Noobie Package
-installed it more than once to make sure
-using 8mb sony MC
-i downloaded the first one by making a cd that has Noobie package on my moded ps2
-memory card in slot 1
-when the ps2 startes up it startes up normal with the menu that has brows and system conf.

The FMCB 1.8 is not cross region .you see you can not use FMCB 1.8 is installed for Pal to be used on ntsc .multi install only for the same region on different the last two digits of the SCPH.

but i think the unofficial fmcb 1.9 shot do the trick .

Yes the official 1.8c is cross region and model setup, I do it all the time for folks using my PS3 MC adapter.
