This means that FMCB has not been able to find the elfs that the new menu entries are intended for. With no elfs available, no menu extensions are shown.

y didnt Free MCboot come up as the 3rd option?
That is not how FMCB v1.6 works. You must be thinking of FMCB v1.5...

The installer will install the four 'standard' elfs only if you provide them, using exactly the names specified in the FMCB v1.6 docs, and store those elfs inside the INSTALL folder, NOT in the same folder as the installer elf itself. Any elfs that are not provided, or use non-standard names, will not be shown in the OSDSYS menu as modified by FMCB. The big difference here is that NO default boot elf is provided in the FMCB v1.6 release, though it was provided for v1.5, but that should not be a problem as it is clearly stated in the new documentation. (Which I assume you never read... )

The installer will also install the configurator elf, but only if you left that file as it was in the release, in copying the installation package to your USB device. So FMCB_CFG.ELF should be inside the subfolder FMCB_CFG which should be inside the folder INSTALL, which should be in the same directory as the installer elf. Any mistake in this, and the configurator will not be installed, and FMCB will not show the extra OSDSYS entry for it.

Since you don't see any new OSDSYS entries, you must have failed in ALL of the above.

I suggest you sit down and have a good long read of the release documents, and then try it again.

    Best regards: dlanor
