I have two Kingston flash drives, one of 2Gb and another of 8Gb. The 2Gb works normal, but when I connect the 8Gb one FMCB wont load. At first I thought that it was a incompatibility issue, but uLE loads it fine. Is this caused by FMCB drivers modules?

I thought it was Kingston that had a horrible track record of compatibility with ANY ps2 homebrew.

Funny, I could never get my Kingston 2gb to work. Try Sandisk or PNY.

I have several of these 512Meg, 1Gig and 2 Gig all work fine i mainly use a 128Meg HP branded one for all my FMCB installs its got to be 5 years old by now maybe more . No idea who made it though got it when i worked for Compaq/HP
I once bought a Toshiba 1Gig for the PS2 and it just would not work at all. Gave it away....

Your 8 GB Kingston may be able to work with different USB IRX files. Mine works using uLE's USB IRX files in place of FMCB's usual ones.

    See this thread for details.

    V3, V7, V9 PS2s FMCB 1.8/W custom FREEMCB.CNF , ULE+ICON GUI, HDL .8b childsafe, ESR, OPL beta, Misc. 3.5, & 2.5" HDDs
    PSP 1000
    PS3 60 GB BC compatible

Well, I used the last SVN USBD IRX from uLE thread (http://psx-scene.com/forums/attachme...3&d=1264561603) and it worked very well, I couldn't confirmed it because I was sick the last week. And thanks everybody for your help.
