FMCB+uLe Issue

EDIT::: I just embedded uLE and it works.. So problem solved I guess. :)
I've done some searching, and tried various methods to remedy this problem on these forums. I went through threads and tried methods mentioned by Bootleg, and TnA. What I am trying to accomplish is: Installing FMCB (Can do this part fine.) And have it use the BOOT.ELF of uLE. When I install it, it tells me the install goes good, and says BOOT.ELF copied, but when I turn the system back on, it just takes me to the browser with the FMCB option. Selecting this just restarts the system. I messed with the config file, but for the life of me I can't get it to boot from mass (Don't really want this anyways) nor memory card. I want the memory card the most as I don't have a spare mass drive to dedicate to this, and the laser is just about dead. Any suggestions for me?
I've tried several versions of uLE. Using this with a 39001, and an official Sony 8MB memory card.
Edit: Forgot to mention, using FMCB 1.5

Edit: It WILL load RESCUE.ELF, but that doesn't help me as i am trying to not to have to use my PCs pen drive.

In Summary:
FMCB Installs fine, and gives me the menu in the browser.
FMCB won't load uLE from MC which is what I want.
I just want uLE to load and I'll be happy, as this is going to be a HD only system.
